  Skco Mart ব্যবহার করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের শর্তাবলী এবং নীতিমালাগুলো মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন। এই প্ল্যাটফর্মটি ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী এবং নীতিমালার প্রতি আপনার সম্পূর্ণ সম্মতি জ্ঞাপন করছেন।
  ১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী (General Terms)
  • এই প্ল্যাটফর্মটি ব্যবহার করার জন্য আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে অথবা পিতা-মাতা বা আইনগত অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে এটি ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

  • আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্যের সঠিকতা এবং গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব আপনার।
  • আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড বা অ্যাকাউন্টের কোনো অননুমোদিত ব্যবহারের জন্য Skco Mart কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না।
  ৩. পণ্য এবং মূল্য নির্ধারণ (Products and Pricing)
  • আমরা প্ল্যাটফর্মে সঠিক পণ্যের তথ্য এবং ছবি প্রদর্শন করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি; তবে আপনার ডিভাইসের স্ক্রিনের কারণে রঙের সামান্য তারতম্য হতে পারে।
  • যদি কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য ভুলবশত ভুলভাবে প্রদর্শিত হয়, তবে Skco Mart সেই অর্ডারটি বাতিল বা সংশোধন করার সম্পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
  ৪. অর্ডার এবং পেমেন্ট (Orders and Payment)
  • একটি অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর, আমরা সেটি যাচাই এবং নিশ্চিত করি। পণ্য স্টক আউট (স্টকে না থাকলে) হলে বা অন্য কোনো অপ্রত্যাশিত সমস্যার কারণে আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।
  • সমস্ত অনলাইন পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে প্রসেস করা হয়। পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট পেমেন্ট প্রোভাইডার বা মাধ্যম দায়ী থাকবে।
  ৫. শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি (Shipping and Delivery)
  • আমাদের নির্ধারিত ডেলিভারি সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়ার জন্য আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে অনিচ্ছাকৃত কোনো বিলম্বের জন্য (যেমন: বৈরী আবহাওয়া বা পরিবহন সমস্যা) Skco Mart দায়ী থাকবে না।
  • ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা: সাধারণ নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ঢাকার ভেতরে ২ থেকে ৫ কর্মদিবস এবং ঢাকার বাইরে সারা বাংলাদেশে ৫ থেকে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়।
  ৬. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ (Return, Refund, and Exchange)
  • পণ্য রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের অফিশিয়াল 'রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি' প্রযোজ্য হবে।
  • স্বাস্থ্যবিধি বা স্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষামূলক নীতিমালার সাথে সম্পর্কিত কিছু নির্দিষ্ট পণ্য কোনোভাবেই রিটার্ন বা ফেরত নেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।

• আমাদের কমিউনিটি সেকশনে যেকোনো ধরনের অশ্লীল, রাজনৈতিক, ধর্মীয় অনুভূতিতে আঘাত হানে এমন বা উসকানিমূলক কন্টেন্ট শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
• এই নিয়মগুলো লঙ্ঘনকারী যেকোনো ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে বা স্থায়ীভাবে স্থগিত করার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি।

• Skco Mart (skcomart.com) বাংলাদেশে পরিচালিত একটি মাল্টি-ভেন্ডর ই-commerce প্ল্যাটফর্ম। এই প্ল্যাটফর্মটি ক্রেতাদের অধিকার সুরক্ষার পাশাপাশি ই-কমার্সের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সকল আইনি নিয়মকানুন মেনে পরিচালিত হয়।
• বিক্রেতা যাচাইকরণ: আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে যুক্ত প্রতিটি বিক্রেতাকে বা ভেন্ডরকে বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে তাদের আইনি ব্যবসায়িক কাগজপত্র (ট্রেড লাইসেন্স এবং এনআইডি/NID) জমা দিয়ে ভেরিফাইড হতে হয়, যা পণ্যের আসল হওয়ার গ্যারান্টি নিশ্চিত করে।
• নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট কাঠামো: আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে ডিজিটাল লেনদেনের জন্য দেশের নির্ভরযোগ্য পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে (যেমন: SSLCommerz) এবং মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট) সমন্বিত রয়েছে।
