Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

* **Incorrect Product:** The product delivered does not match the description, size, color, or variant ordered.
* **Quality Issues:** The product does not meet the standard specifications or functions advertised on the platform.
* **Perishable Items (e.g., Mangoes, Molasses):** Any complaints regarding fresh fruits or food items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery due to the perishable nature of the items.

### 2. Return Requirements
* The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* The original packaging, tags, user manuals, and accessories must be intact.
* The customer must provide the invoice, order number, or proof of purchase.

### 3. Refund Timelines & Methods
If a product cannot be replaced or if the order is canceled before shipment, refunds will be processed via the original payment method:
* **Mobile Financial Services (bKash/Nagad/Rocket):** 7 to 10 working days.
* **Debit/Credit Cards or Bank Transfer:** 10 to 15 working days.
* **Cash on Delivery (COD):** The refund will be sent via a preferred MFS wallet within 5 working days after the product is returned to our warehouse.

### 4. Shipping Costs for Returns
* If the return is due to a mistake by Skco Mart or the vendor (wrong/damaged item), Skco Mart will bear the return shipping cost.
* If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery charges.

### 1. General Operating Conditions
* Skco Mart is a multi-vendor digital e-commerce marketplace operating under the laws of Bangladesh.
* Users must be at least 18 years old or browsing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases or register as a vendor.

### 2. Account Registration & Security
* Users and vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and passwords.
* You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (for checkout or seller onboarding).

### 3. Pricing, Stock, and Orders
* All prices listed on the platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
* While we strive for accuracy, typographical pricing errors may occur. In such cases, Skco Mart reserves the right to cancel the order after notifying the customer.
* Stock availability is subject to change. If an item runs out of stock after an order is placed, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be initiated per our Refund Policy.

### 4. Delivery Timelines
* **Inside Dhaka:** 2 to 5 working days.
* **Outside Dhaka:** 5 to 7 working days.
* Any unexpected delays due to unavoidable political, environmental, or logistical disruptions will be communicated to the customer in advance.

### 5. Vendor Regulations
* Third-party sellers onboarding via our Seller Registration portal must hold valid legal business documents (Trade License/NID).
* Vendors are entirely responsible for the authenticity, quality, and government compliance of the products they list (including fresh produce or packaged food items).

### 6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act and the Digital Security framework.

১. সাধারণ পরিচালন শর্তাবলী
Skco Mart হলো বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত একটি মাল্টি-ভেন্ডার ডিজিটাল ই-কমার্স মার্কেটপ্লেস।
কেনাকাটা করতে বা বিক্রেতা (Vendor) হিসেবে নিবন্ধিত হতে ব্যবহারকারীর বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে অথবা পিতা-মাতা বা আইনি অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে ব্রাউজ করতে হবে। [1]
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন ও নিরাপত্তা
ব্যবহারকারী এবং বিক্রেতারা তাদের অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য এবং পাসওয়ার্ডের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার জন্য সম্পূর্ণ দায়ী থাকবেন।
চেকআউট বা সেলার অনবোর্ডিংয়ের সময় সঠিক, বর্তমান এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে আপনি সম্মত আছেন।
৩. মূল্য নির্ধারণ, স্টক এবং অর্ডার
প্ল্যাটফর্মে তালিকাভুক্ত সমস্ত মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (৳) প্রদর্শিত এবং অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে তা প্রযোজ্য ভ্যাট (VAT) সহ অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
আমরা নির্ভুলতা বজায় রাখার চেষ্টা করলেও টাইপিংয়ের কারণে মূল্যে ভুল ত্রুটি হতে পারে। এই ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে অবহিত করার পর অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার Skco Mart সংরক্ষণ করে। [1]
স্টকের প্রাপ্যতা পরিবর্তনশীল। অর্ডার করার পর কোনো পণ্য স্টক আউট হয়ে গেলে গ্রাহককে জানানো হবে এবং রিফান্ড নীতি অনুযায়ী সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
৪. ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা
ঢাকার ভেতরে: ২ থেকে ৫ কর্মদিবস।
ঢাকার বাইরে: ৫ থেকে ৭ কর্মদিবস।
অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত রাজনৈতিক, পরিবেশগত বা লজিস্টিক সমস্যার কারণে কোনো বিলম্ব হলে তা গ্রাহককে আগে থেকেই জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
৫. বিক্রেতা সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলী
আমাদের সেলার রেজিস্ট্রেশন পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে যুক্ত হওয়া থার্ড-পার্টি বিক্রেতাদের অবশ্যই বৈধ আইনি ব্যবসায়িক নথিপত্র (ট্রেড লাইসেন্স/NID) থাকতে হবে।
বিক্রেতারা তাদের তালিকাভুক্ত পণ্যের (ফ্রেশ ফুড বা প্যাকেটজাত খাদ্যসামগ্রীসহ) সত্যতা, গুণমান এবং সরকারি নিয়মাবলী মেনে চলার জন্য সম্পূর্ণ দায়ী থাকবেন।
৬. পরিচালনা আইন
এই শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আইন (ভোক্তা অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন এবং ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা কাঠামো সহ) দ্বারা পরিচালিত এবং সেই অনুযায়ী ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
